Clark 280vo is a bolt in now due to the custom inputs avaiable from performance gear. I am trying to install a 3053a spicer, it has a long input, large od throwout bearing setup that does not work with the small lever i have out of a 1979 w200 with 360, I cannot figure out what bell takes this thrans, have been told that the larger bell from w400 d400 up will work, i would take a bell thast worked and get mtr later, have a bunch of mopar sb and rb, no bell but small ones. That is to say what applicaion has the bellhousing for a 13 inch clutch that fits a 225 318, 360, will it also fit hemi as in Rob post on July 1 on old (70) forum, have found some bell but have not got pic yet. Thanks for any help. Trying to do it myself withoout $23oo transmission shop price, paid 300$ for the transmission, plenty arounf for other pw if just get hassle of figuring out what stock parts it takes. Lakewood bellhousing wont clear the big clutch dia 13 inch, sent it back and trying old 2 ton and maybe 1ton trucks as possible donor bell for big 13 inch. Thanks for your interest, somebody has got to have info on this, Winer military truck does it but you have to pay by buying their new transmission, $2700 plus way2hi!!!1
