...it is a hard rubber material that I bought when I did my cab mounts for my C1PW. It is 2" outside diameter and has a 3/8" hole in the center that can be easily drilled to the correct size. This is a very hard material that has a rubber feel. It goes for $1.50 per inch plus S&H
