I have pics of it installed in the truck, but I don't think that will help with what you are doing. If you're trying to use a trans other than a 435 or 540 you're in a completely different ballgame. The 440/383/360/318 all use the same pilot bushing as far as I know. 540s had an overdrive version, but several gears need to be changed out to do this and they are hard to find. Mine is direct drive on 5th.

Do NOT try to drill this out with a hand drill, you *will* ruin the crank. The hole has to be perfectly centered to prevent vibration and this can only be done on a lathe by a machine shop.
