This is a common problem. I had it a couple of times. It is usually due to the copper washer being too hard. The last time I had the problem I would loosen then retighten it. It took 6 or 7 time before it stopped leaking. Tighten the bolt good and tight and let it sit for a day then do it again. I have found the best washers at NAPA also. On time I replaced the ones on my PW and never could get it to stop leaking. I simply resused the old ones and they worked first time with no leaks.
