Next attempt, substitute an aux. fuel source, and by-pass the trucks fuel tank and fuel line. Hook up the new fuel source directly to the fuel pump. If that doesn't work well, try gravity feed directly to the carb. You should be able to eliminate problem components thataway... You are working with a rebuilt carb, right?
