Yeah cold and damp. I spent 25 years in Fremont, or as I called it Freezemont. You could bet the house that that cold breeze would kick up at 2:30PM and the night air was so bad I had to duct tape my vents on my full face helmet so I wouldn't freeze during the winter rides home. Even in summer, only the brave and foolish go into San Francisco without a coat in the back seat. I just got a chill thinking about it. :-)
