Cheap and fast fix? Find a good NP 205 and swap ALL innards over to your case. This includes shift forks and rods, otherwise it won't work. Check to make sure it is a coarse spline before purchasing same. A little known secret and the parts availability is much better. If your front output yoke is worn, swap it with the input one or better yet, sleeve it with the right sized sleeve to allow the seal to perform properly
