Warn Hub Is Squirtin' Grease!

I took my PW for a two mile round trip to the mailbox down the road. (Longest trip its been on since I bought it). When I got back I noticed that grease was coming out of every crack and crevice of my lock out hubs. I'm obviously going to have to overhaul these. Any tips or suggestions before I start would be greatly appreciated since I haven't done this before. Thannks.
