Hey Eric!
Where's your other headlights?? ha!ha!
According to Don Bunn, in or around 1953 Dodge started making 4WD trucks, in-house, for a special contract with AT&T. This probable led to all conversions eventually being in-house products. I'm thinking (guessing)that the truck on e-Bay may have been one of those conversions,...depending upon the transfer case used.
The cement truck is 2WD, BUT serial number 1 for the concrete company and conversion number 1 for Challenge/Cook, formerly a major manufacturer of aftermarket specialty trucks in SoCal. It would be DIFFERENT for sure, ha!ha!
