I am not a motorcycle rider, but I spent 10 years behind the wheel of a truck (accident free I might add). Trust me, you don't need to be on a motorcycle to be invisible. When I moved into the safety department and did training, the thing I had to stress the most was defensive driving. We used the Smith System (old, but it works) to train drivers, and the ones that used the system while driving had far fewer accidents. I still practice the Smith System in my daily driving even though I have been out of trucking for several years now. I wouldn't leave home without it.
