On just about every truck I've bought part of the vin number has been welded over by plow frame supports, so don't dispair, you may have to buy another parts truck to get a vin to title. In the past year I've bought6 trucks and have only managed to title 2 trucks. Once you get a titled number you can just stamp it into whatever frame you choose, good luck.
