you had better make sure thast the valves or not stuck open, compression check, and check valve adjustment, they were advertised with stuck engines, u say it turns over or turns over and does not start? be clear, it could turn over with valves stuck open and not start, or it it stuck with starter clicking? If it is stuck u need to unstick it, spray wd40 or similar down sparkplug holes tonite, mite also have stuck rings, no compression, do compression check first, good luck, vpw should have ass ate out for selling it like that my personal .02$ They can not get them running orwhat???!!!!
