This is a picture of the frame of a 1960 D100, but the numbers are in the same basic location(might be forward or back a few inches) on 57-60 standard cab PWs, all the WWII 4wd trucks I have checked, and the earlier flat fenders.
I am unsure what happens to frame numbers on FFs after 1960, as the stadard cab dodge trucks move the frame number to the passenger side, back further on the frame. I have a picture of that somewhere if anyone is interested.
