What temp thermostat are you running?
What weight oil is in?
What is the idle rpm?

Is the oil pump used/rebuilt/new?
How many miles on the engine?

All the pressures you are seeing maybe normal - it depends on how things are setup.
Zero is not normal.
Have you checked the pressure relief spring? If the oil pump is not new I would suspect it. Check the mains and rod clearances. Try running the engine without the valve covers for a few minutes. Look for oil spraying out or excessive flows.
The valve rocker arm gap needs to be set correctly. I remember that the poly has solid camlifters rather than hydro lifters.
If you have hydro lifters in then you will have oiling problems.

post what you find
