Thanks Vaughn, I do remember seeing that conversion, the only thing I don't like is having to cut the frame. I would cut the ears off the box first, but there must be a box that will fit without cutting too much. I saw that other conversion where the guy used an idler arm and mounted the box way forward, seems a little clunky, too many parts. I'll keep trying.
