Just pick one and get started. You need a showpiece truck for your business and just for fun. I'd consider a dana 80 & dana 60 axle set, a np205, and perhaps a auto trans to sit behind the 318. Consider a 71 pw donor for the transfer, engine and transmission.
The np205 has a port for a pto on the left hand side. I really like a transfercase pto because you can usemultiple transmission gears to reduce the need to spin the engine quite so fast.
