If you want lots of power, consider the axle shaft upgrade mandatory. You could do without them, but only with a light foot at the right moments. If you want to be able to stab the throttle whenever you feel like it without grenading a rear axle shaft, you'll need new shafts, or a whole 'nother axle.

I think Patson was considering getting another run of 50 sets out of Foote.

I think Daniel's deal was more of a one time thing. He offered the deal to us, only 4 of us took him up on it and he needed 10 to break even. I don't think he made 10 sets, but only what people ordered plus a set for himself. I could be wrong on all this though. Talk to Daniel if you want to know for sure, I sure wouldn't want to be telling folks he doesn't have any for sale when he does. here's his website: http://www.killeraxles.com

Another BigElectric poster with custom axles in his M37 is Will Liebscher and he has plans to produce same. Unknown timeline on those.
