Thanks for the advice! As for #2, I do have a tube coming out the side of the engine behind the side valve covers, that has a tube coming out of it. It's not a road draft tube, as it runs somewhere into the engine, but it takes the place of the road draft tube on the passenger cars and older Dodge military vehicles.
