from the photo the tires (rears do not look that bad)
as an old tire man i would suggest that you take it to a real truck tire shop (not your chrome wheel display - soccer mom store) and have the tires inspected for serviceablity (cracks, weather checking, age[code on sidewall mfg week&year],etc)
you will have to stay with the original size as you have duals and the dual spacing is a critical dimension.
if you replace you should probably also replace the tubes & flaps at the same time
wheels will also have to be inspected when tires are removed.
