318 polyhead V8 starts and runs fine
If you try to do 70 on the highway the motor gets hot and gets weak but you'd be crazy to do that (I did it ) but will do under 50 all day long.
The drive train is working ...transfer case works good ... the front end could use a going trough (leaky) ...
4 speed tranny pops out of second gear if not held in place... but I never got around to repairing it ...but a full rebuild kit comes with it
It has new lockouts... the knoby tires are about 90% ...good for off road but ok on the road
Brakes work fine, but could use a tune up ...right front not hitting correctly.... new master cylinder new clutch slave cylinder...clutch works fine
Body in fair condition (restorable) has slight surface rust, but no holes at all
There are some dents, the fenders have some cracks in them and have been farm welded (not pretty but functional)
The parts of the fenders that hang down are damaged
The wood bed needs work (it has plywood )
The interior is in very good shape, very original ... factory am radio works
All the glass is in good shape
Rubber in decent shape too! Seals on the doors could be replaced though (new door seals come with it)
All lights, gauges, horn, and other gadgets work
Comes with some front end parts, the correct bumper and mounting brackets and a spare 318 polyhead for parts.
