You can get the heater you want at any NAPA or other generic auto parts store. Just measure the size of the frost plug where you want to put the heater, then go to the store and they should have the size you need. The best way to get the plug out without knocking it into the block is to either drill a hole in it and pull it out or drive one corner in with a punch and pull on the edge that pops out.
