I read an article in one of the 4x4 magazines about a year ago about swapping components and they fetured a PW and installing Chevy 3/4 or 1 ton rear end and front end into it. All they did was notch dog ears into the leaf pads so the U-bolts would pass thru. The also added after market daul shocks in the front end that required some welding. Looked relatively easy.
