I concur! I have the 4.89's in my truck and gained about 10mph but the cost is steep about 600.00 for both carriers. Probably would not do it again especially if I were to use the truck off road. On the other hand, any perforamce increase is good for the road. I like those 11x16 "new" military tires but they ain't cheap either.
