on rd gearing M-37 (53) ???`

I recently was given a ride in an m37 with hwy. gearing I believe they were 4.89 gears, where would I get these gears? how much do they cost, how hard is it to install front and rear? any idea E-mail me I have no idea where to get them or how much they cost?
