The truck you describe is obviously in need of a great deal of TLC! There comes a point beyond which its not ppractical to restore except if its a Tucker, or Mercer racabout or somthing like that. My suggestion is to part out your truck and buy a more restorable truck. it may cost you some up front but at least you won't be for ever spending money on a rust bucket and what do you have whenyour done- still a rust bucket! If your time is worht anything this point should be readily apparent.
