The only criteria i used to determine it was an artic top is when i repaired the top i found it is insulated with fiberglass insulation.Some hard tops were not always insulated.
Plus it is an original Canadian Armed Forces vehicle,cold climate etc.It has an interior and exterior sheetmetal skin,rectangular sliding rear window.
