I have a good friend with a 64 WM300 that the 251 is getting tired in. He is considering the hercules repower option, and wants to know about benefits, disadvantages, and all the day to day dealings of this package. We are aware this is designed for the M-37, but thought you had commented on setting up a civilian PW this way. Let me know about fit, cooling, steering, gearing, etc, at your convenience. Ralph will really appreciate it. He doesn't have internet access, but I will print and snail mail to him. Thanks in advance for any input you can offer.
