M-37 replacement canvas top

I recently purchased a 1963 M-37 with a canvas top that needs replacement. Are they available as repalcement parts or do I need to have one made? Also, the odometer shows less than 4,000 miles, which seems unlikely/impossible, although I have talked with the owner who purchased it at a surplus auction in about 1985 when it showed about 3,000 miles. Any thoughts?
