The gmc 5 speed will bolt up, it just has a different top cover than the dodge. As for the bell, if it has the extra bolt hole for the 5 speed, you're in business. All the hydralic bells (with mounts) I've seen have them. I'm pretty sure the extra hole is on the left side as seen in this pic. I have a 540 installed, you can see the hole for the 435 in between the two mounting bolts used. Hope this helps.
