Based upon your description, if your Warns are similar to the older six bolt M14 hubs I have on my W300's, you have probably sheared or rolled over the small dowel pin that connects the brass selector to the internal threaded piece. I've had to turn the threaded piece and re-drill this hole 180 degrees from the original and replace the pin on several M14 hubs. Its an easy fix. Also, if the selector goes full circle, the little stop pins or the shoulder on the selector are damaged, and will take some work, but you should be able to fix what you have. Good luck! Rob
