Thanks. Another reader sent me email suggesting the same place (which is actually Cummings-Henderson in Santa Clara). I took the wheel there today and the guy fixed it while I watched, in about 15 minutes, for $35. Can't beat that. He was a real expert and had clearly seen thse wheels before. There were also tractor-trailer tires and earth mover tires and everything else lying about the yard....
