Thanks guys for your help. It is a 6 V battery, reading 6.54 V, and it behaves the same even with the battery charger / starter hooked up to the battery. I will first check the ground to the motor. All other connections I have cleaned and checked. Any more help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
