I agree with Gordon. Make sure that the rear window winder mechanisms are there. They are very difficut to find. I rebuilt mine. They are really quite simple and only the springs and actual inder gear can be found or scavaged from other winders. THe main support bracket and arms are unique to the carryalls. The wheels and springs at the end of the arms can be replaced with ease they just punch out and scavanged ones can be used. I found these springs at my local hardware store.
THe tailgate hinges are very hard to find. I rebuilt mine and actually welded new metal in arount the pins when they had fractured and lost pieces. Other than that most pieces can be rebuilt or constructed. Not easy but doable.
