You need the tailgate,liftgate, and running boards to be there, plus the REALLY difficult to get stuff like the body latches for the liftgate and tailgate. tailgate handle is available from VPW, together with all the roof seals and rubber / plastic stuff generally, except the correct window winder handles.
Expect the rear four side window mechanisms to be stuck or broken (see linked article)
All the seat frames can be made (expect everything other than the drivers seat and jump seat to be missing) and it's not as difficult as it looks to replace the roof panel and the wooden floor, or re-skin the tailgate.
