I haven't met very many dealer/salespersons that knew squat about any vehicle, most of them don't last long enough to learn. All of the data on the new Rams shows it to be more powerful than previous Rams. I drove several new Rams through the Skip Barber Road Course School and it was very impressive. Did you have the E-brake on????
Don't forget that Dodge needs high Corporate Average Fuel Economy ratings (CAFE). So the trucks that are shipped to dealers have tall gearing. ORDER your truck and get it with the equipment and gearing that YOU need, not what some snotnose MBA ordered for you.
