A fellow here in Michigan has a M-37 with the 4 cyl Perkins Diesel. It is kinda a snug fit as far as leinth goes, and they had to move the trans back about 3-4 inches, but it is very do-able and the results are excellent. I have seen it and rode in it. It's my dream M-37.
