Was it the Quad Cab? I thought that it had plenty of room? More than the old Ram, however I never felt ANY manufacturers ½ ton was a serious truck, the 1500 is a great street truck. I test drove one two years ago, by special invitation, I thought that it was the nicest street truck that I have ever been in, and would make a great family car. I also liked the dash layout better than the old Ram, easier to read and access, so I guess that is a matter of personal taste. I'm waiting for the 3500 HD to come out in about 7 weeks.
As for the Power Wagon Concept, the rumor mill had Damnear/Chrysler killing it off about two years ago,...now the scuttlebutt is that the previous rumor was designed to throw off gm and ferd and that Dodge is indeed working on the top secret PW concept once again. However it may appear as a compact truck or SUV also, the wraps are really tight on this truck.
