It's a real Hemi, with double rocker shafts,
two spark plugs per hole, it might be practical to have an aftermarket version of that head to fit a 360, same bore center as the 318/360, the new Hemi has a different head bolt pattern and a different bell housing pattern (same as the 4.7).
It's a real Hemi, but I think the alloy heads give it about 90 pounds less weight than a 360. A crate version could be out after a few months.
