The 361/383/400 'B' manifold is narrower than the 413/426w/440 'RB' manifold due to the bigger motors increased deck height (10.72 vs 9.98). The 'B' manifolds can be used with 'RB' motors providing spacer plates are used. These are available from Mopar Performance and are intended to be used with Stage VI heads on a RB motor with RB manifold (heads have raised intake ports).

Probably not worth the effort since you can buy new 440+6 manifolds fairly reasonable. If you can buy a complete and nice 383+6 setup cheap and replace the manifold, that might be a very good solution. Buying the complete 6pack setup is VERY expensive but most everything is available.
