Delete it without a second thought. You do not know who it is from and it has an attached file. There hase been several people on this forum that have stated that they have been receiving virus mails and other "unexpected" mail. Just get rid of it. There is nothing from the "Postmaster" that you need to see. There is not such person as the "postmaster" on the web as there is in the US Mail.
