Virus fro "postmaster"?

I just got an e-mail from "postmaster" with a subject matter of "power wagon forum" and a file size of 125K. Does this sound like the virus that everyone else is getting?

I did not open it. My wife has McAffee on our computer so I'll just let her do whatever needs to be done to check it.
I'm no computer guru and have no idea what needs to be done to delete it without opening it.
