I put 20" chebby 10 lug dual rims on my 62 W300 with the 6 lug axles. The lug dia is the same so 2 holes matched up, then I just drilled 4 more holes in the rim to match it up. Torched the center hole out about 1/4" bigger to fit over the hub. Using 750x20 tires. Left the 19.5 6 lug rims on the front. With G load rated Michelin radials the fronts are close enough in size. Been driving it like this for 17 years and loving every mile.
