Stuck Door Hinge Pins

I want to pull the top hinge pins so I can attach mirrors. I got out of sequence and painted the PW before I got the hinge pins out. I dont want to use heat and have to re paint the hinges if I dont have to.....Any ideas.

I tried a dead blow hammer. ONE SHOT. It did not move at all.
