zero rust-- any one ever use it

did any one ever try this paint .my buddy is repainting my oshkosh (sshhh he dont know it yet). two years ago i had it down to bare metal cleaned it primed it painted it with dupont centari paint. i have no complaints with dopont paint .some how preping it i messed up somewhere . i used prepsole to clean it . had two water seperators on it .the paint still blisterd . i relize new england salty roads did there part to . any way would this zero rust help me as a primer or sealer then i can paint over that . i really dont want to do this two years down the road again. or can someone recomend something else. thanks Howard
