Usually the PW bushings aren't that tight and can be removed if you make a tool with a lip at one end. You can make an extraction tool from a 7/16th shaft by bending one end 90 degrees then cutting it so you have a 1/4 inch lip. Thread the other end and use 3/8ths thick flat stock with a 7/16ths hole that will lay against the center hole of the knuckle. Widge the shaft against the bushing and crank it out using a nut. VPW does sell an extraction tool. Replace both the seal and bushing. A worn bushing will not allow a new seal to work. Go to a machine shop and have them cut you a driver out of round stock. Drive the seal and bushing in together until seated.
