In 1991 I owned a Braden LU-4 and wrote to Frank Brown at Braden Winch about it. He told me the LU-4 was rated at 7500 lbs. He sent me a bunch of literature, and according to that lit., both the LU-2 and the MU-2 are rated 8000 lbs. capacity. The ALU2-10F and AMSU3-10F are rated at 10000 lbs.
