Here's the best way to do negative feedback when they send you the wrong part. Post a negative feedback, in the one line you are given, say "sent wrong part, see more here:" then put in a webpage address where you have posted the original ebay form showing his photos and description, then post photos of the part you received with a full explanation of what you just told us(differences, rarety, value, etc). He can try to refute with his remark. Then when he posts negative to you, you post your webpage in your remark.

I feel that this is the best you can do with negative feedback, lots of explanation. I haven't had to do this myself.
