Clint: Scott's advice is most practical assuming you purchased by credit card. Also, whether or not you did, you would certainly have legal remedies. Essentually, what you describe is fraud and prohibited by law in most states. In some, including mine, you could be entitled to recover treble damages, costs, attny's fees and so forth. Obviously, you need to balance the amount involved with how strongly you feel about the principle of being taken advantage of, but I would certainly not (and have not in the past) let this fellow get away with "bait & switch". My two cents worth.
