I just got an infected main from VPW, so that's a real drag for them since they probably have a huge address book.
Most of these viruses that automatically email themselves to people only work with microsoft email. I use netscape, which so far stops all the viruses dead in their tracks. If somebody's having a lot of trouble, it might be worth thinking about switching to netscape.
