One other thing I did last week down there was to make sure all the machines had the updates done to it. Its very important to stay on top of the windows updates. Security updates and the Explorer updates. Some virus/worms would walk all over an Explorer 5.0 or 5.1 machine while a 5.5 or 6.0 upgrade would be immune to it.
